Free-time is not wasted time. How we use it shapes who we become.
After hours of focused study, our brains need rest. Free-time allows us to recharge, whether it's taking a nap, exercising, or doing nothing at all. Besides, it gives us theFreedom to explore our interests. Without free-time, we would never learn an instrument, read for pleasure, or discover hidden talents.
I use my free-time to play the guitar and draw. These activities are not for any exams, yet they bring me great joy and help me express myself. They also improve my creativity and concentration in my studies.
Let's not fill every minute with tasks. Leave room for play, curiosity, and quiet reflection.
